Brand new 1/18 scale diecast car model of 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 Black "German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer" die cast model car by Norev.; Brand new box.; Real rubber tires.; True-to-scale detail.; Has steerable wheels.; Detailed interior, exterior.; Officially licensed product.; Has opening hood, four doors and trunk.; Manufacturer's original unopened packaging.; Made of diecast metal with some plastic parts.; Dimensions approximately L-10.25, W-4.25, H-3 inches.; One of the best-known vehicles in German post-war history is certainly the Mercedes-Benz 300, which German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer used as his official car. The vehicle type achieved such notoriety through its prominent user that today it is commonly referred to simply as "Adenauer" when talking about a Mercedes-Benz 300. The original can be seen in the wonderful "House of History" in Bonn. The Norev "Adenauer" shows all the special features that distinguish the Chancellor's car from the production vehicle. These include, of course, the bracket with flag, the number plate and the chrome-plated "D" on the boot lid.
